Pan Crunchy Toast

I made french toast for the kids, which we haven't had in a long time. Gabrian kept asking for "More pan crunchy toast." (For the record, it wasn't crunchy. . .)

    Apparently,"pan" is because he wanted to call them pancakes, and "crunchy toast" is how he heard "french toast."
